If your car fails its MOT, we will retest it free of charge once the required repair work has been completed. We will run you through any issues and explain your options so you can decide how you want to proceed with any repair work. How much does an MOT cost?
Our standard charge for an MOT is £40.
When should you get your MOT done?
Your latest MOT certificate will tell you when your next test is due. While it might be tempting to wait until the last minute to get your car booked in for an MOT, we would recommend getting things organised in the four weeks before your test is due. This gives you a bit of breathing room to get things fixed before your current MOT expires if your car does fail its test.
